Course description
This qualification reflects the job roles of workers in the accounting industry, including BAS Agents and contract bookkeepers; and of those employees performing bookkeeping tasks for organisations in a range of industries.
FNS50217 Diploma of Accounting
This qualification has specific entry requirements. Please contact CTI to discuss these requirements. It is recommended that students have completed one of the following qualifications or their equivalent prior to applying for entry to this course.
FNS40615 Certificate IV in Accounting OR
FNS40215 Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent.

Course description
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of business job roles. Individuals in these roles carry out a mix of specialist and moderately complex administrative or operational tasks that require self-development skills. They use well–developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

Excel Using Advanced Spreadsheets
Course description
Excel Using Advanced Spreadsheets is an excellent enrolment opportunity for students who would like to improve their performance at work by increasing their skills to use Microsoft Excel.

The Postgraduate Program provides employers an ideal opportunity to upskill employees through continuous training. Employees can gain nationally recognised qualifications by studying approved courses while gaining expertise in the workplace.
Traineeships are available to many students which provide government subsidy towards the cost of enrolment.
Note: Applications for enrolment to eligible courses at CTI must be completed in addition to traineeship applications completed through an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network provider. A traineeship application is not a course enrolment application.
